What it really is: these lists have been around forever. Since this person doesn't seem to have any credentials to show he knows what he's talking about, I sure wouldn't be sending him my $25.00! Most likely, this is a list of the same old scams, some companies that no longer exist, or companies that will charge you money for a start-up kit and reject your assembled products.
