The Hult International Business School in Cambridge, MA is a small privately owned school which specializes in a one-year MBA degree course and has a very high percentage of international students.

Total tuition fees are significantly less than that of many US business schools because the Hult MBA course is nominally only of 1 year duration. In contrast, US business schools normally only offer a 2 year or 18 month MBA course. Also, by cramming the course into one year, Hult students save the cost of 6-12 months accommodation; food, drink, travel, etc. Since the career break is shorter, students are back in the job market sooner and potential sponsors are more accommodating.

Naturally, the course has to be intense so that students learn as much as those undertaking longer courses. Students undertake projects from 9am to 5pm for five days a week. Evenings and weekends are also fairly hectic preparing for classes, but most students manage to find time for other pursuits.
